Sometimes guys really dive into their work and even bring it home. I remember my ex (yes, my EX- he is an ex for a reason!) would do this all the time. He was an IT guy and always had server issues or software installation problems. Even I knew about database administration - but I digress!
Workaholics need a break sometimes and they might not even know it. Take them out of their environment for a moment and get them to do something fun. A movie, a nice dinner, a sporting event.
